What personal information do we collect and how is it used?

Visiting: You are not required to provide personally identifiable information to visit the dremeltv.com site.

Contact Us/E-Mail Us Section: You may provide us with personally identifiable information in order to allow us to answer a question that you ask us through the site. This information may be collected by us or one of our third party service providers. After it is used to contact you with an answer to your question, it is then deleted from our records.

Deleting Information Collected by Dremel:

It may take us approximately 7 days to process and activate your request. Security

When you place orders through this site, you will transmit your order information, including your credit card number, to our secure server. Our secure server uses Secure Sockets Layer software (SSL) which allows us to receive information that your web browser encrypts and transmits to us.
